Participants will learn how to compose and send emails, create and manage social media accounts, and engage in virtual meetings. Digital information addresses skills related to finding, evaluating, and critically assessing online information. Participants will learn how to conduct internet searches, evaluate the credibility of sources, and navigate through digital content. This enables individuals to make informed decisions and distinguish reliable information from misleading or false sources.
Digital transactions focus on the skills required to carry out financial transactions and online services securely. Participants will learn about online banking, digital payments, and how to protect personal information while engaging in online transactions. These skills are essential for managing finances, making online purchases, and ensuring online safety and security.

To be able to join one of these courses you will need some basic IT skills – be able to turn a computer on and off, be able to use a mouse and keyboard, everything else we will teach you.
