The online wellbeing and craft course be online group sessions. It will involve a group chat where we will take a look at how we can improve our wellbeing, resilience and confidence and be show video demonstrations of craft based activities.
The idea is that everyone will be given either a wellbeing activity or craft task to have a go at making / doing during that week.
The following week we would review the craft or wellbeing activity, say what we liked, disliked would do differently etc then move on to the next topic. We hope that in some way it will be a bit like a book club but for wellbeing!!
There will be supporting demonstration videos for crafts and we will ensure that items can be made using items that can be found around the house etc. All wellbeing materials will be available online at Google classroom
We will be using Google Meets (similar to Zoom) and the Google classroom applications throughout the sessions so ideally you would have a google account. Its free and really handy and we can help you set one up if you are unsure.

Week 4 Being kind to your mind session (mindfulness techniques etc)
