This 5-week course is suitable for learners of all levels and will introduce you to painting with a range of different medium using subjects of your choice. You will also explore the work and techniques of different artists and experience the therapeutic benefits of producing original artwork.

In a supportive group setting you will experience the benefits of creative activity including art, writing, mindfulness and the relationship between mood and food. This course is suitable for anyone experiencing isolation, reduced confidence and poor physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
The six-week course aims to build confidence and self-esteem by proactively developing creative skills, practicing simple holistic therapies and looking at useable techniques to improve wellbeing and self-care.
