The course provides an introduction to various cooking methods such as microwave, air fryer, roasting, and one-pot cooking, emphasizing the importance of working safely and hygienically in a group setting, following recipes and demonstrations, completing induction and relevant paperwork, engaging in group discussions, using proper knife techniques, digital scales, measuring jugs, and measuring spoons for accurate weighing and measuring, as well as researching and discussing the origins of dishes.
