Pathfinder Coaching Programme

Overview

The programme will help you to create a roadmap for personal and professional success and give you a coach that will help you work through your barriers and challenges so that you can develop practical strategies for changing your life for the positive. This program equips you with the tools and techniques needed to navigate life's challenges and achieve fulfilment.

Throughout this program, you will explore various aspects of your personal development, focusing on self-awareness, goal setting, your mindset, and communication. You will be helped to work out your strengths and passions and develop strength and support to follow them.

The sessions are booked with you on a one-to-one / small group basis, and we will agree with you how many initial sessions you need. We’ll review this as time goes on and as you need our help less and less, we’ll step back and be there in the background as you spread your wings and enjoy personal growth. By the end of this program, you will possess the knowledge and skills to empower yourself in overcoming obstacles, setting and achieving meaningful goals, and getting a purpose-driven life.
