Delivered at the Employment and Training Hub, we are offering a comprehensive 2-week course designed to enhance your skills and knowledge, based in Wellington Square, Stockton.
Course Highlights:

- Safeguarding Training: Learn vital safeguarding practices to ensure the safety and well-being of those in care.

- CV Writing Skills: Master the art of crafting an effective CV that stands out to employers.
- Interview Preparation: Benefit from expert tips and strategies to excel in job interviews.
- Guest Speakers: Engage with industry professionals from organisations such as the National Career Service, Santander, and Dementia Friendly, offering insights and advice.
The Care Academy runs Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM for 2 weeks. Please note that 100% attendance is mandatory to secure interviews on days 9 and 10.
A variety of employers will be present during the final days of the course, recruiting for roles such as support workers and activity coordinators.
