When you are ready to take on a new Apprentice our Employer Engagement Officer will meet with you to discuss your needs, find out exactly what you are looking for, and talk you through the process. We then advertise the vacancy for you on various platforms including the government’s ‘Find An Apprenticeship’ website so that anyone looking for an apprenticeship will see the advert.
We then go through all of the applications, hold initial assessments and then send you details of the most suitable candidates to meet your needs. Once you have decided which of the candidates you would like to interview, we can make all of the interview arrangements for you, making it a hassle free process.
Once you have selected your Apprentice we will complete all sign up paperwork with you and the Apprentice and signpost you to any available grants and incentives.
