What is an Apprenticeship?
An apprenticeship is a form of training that combines on-the-job learning with classroom instruction. It is a way for individuals to learn a specific trade or skill by working under the guidance of experienced professionals in that field. The combination of work, training, and study, allows the individual to ‘earn whilst they learn’ and acquire the skills they need to pursue their chosen career.
Apprenticeships typically last for a minimum of 12 months and 1 day, during which the apprentice gains hands-on experience and knowledge that will help them develop the necessary skills to succeed in their chosen career.
