Customer Service Apprenticeship Level 2 Park House Medical Centre

Overview

This role will involve providing a warm welcome to all patients and communicating with them in an appropriate manner. You will also be communicating over the telephone and by email. You will also support colleague with admin tasks.

Apprenticeship Summary

This will be a busy and varied role with lots of different duties, including:

  • Reception work – meeting and greeting patients
  • Telephone work -  answering and making calls
  • Computer work – checking records, booking appointments, coding work etc.
  • Maintaining records
  • Making and checking medical orders
  • All admin duties, printing, photocopying, filing etc.
  • Booking appointments with patients
  • Giving good customer service to all service users

£129.00

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:

  • You will have a work place mentor who will support you and provide you with training in the workplace. You will also have an Assessor who will visit you in the work place and work with you on your off the job training sessions. 20% of your time will be spent in off the job training
  • You will work towards a Customer Service qualification and also Functional Skills in English and maths, although you may be exempt from the Functional Skills aspects depending on your previous qualifications
  • The apprenticeship will give you the chance to learn and gain a nationally recognised qualification whilst being employed
