Customer Service Apprenticeship Level 2 Harry Hill


You will be providing excellent customer service to customers, serving on the counter and using the till. You will also be working towards achieving your Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship qualifications and will spend 20% of your time in off the job training.

Apprenticeship Summary

This will be a varied role as every day will be different but it will include duties such as:
• Providing excellent customer service
• Serving on the till and taking payments
• Ordering stock
• Stock control
• Process orders
• Admin tasks
• Talking to customers and suppliers face to face, over the phone, and via email
• Keeping the pharmacy clean, tidy, and secure
• Displaying products
• Helping with promotions and campaigns
• Some social media work may be included

Wage/Working Week

Weekly wage £124.50
Total hours per week: 30.00

Shifts will vary and include Saturday working. You will spend 20% of your time in off the job training. You will also be paid for time spent in training.

You will have a ‘workplace mentor’ who will provide you with training in your everyday job along with information advice and guidance.

You will also have an Assessor who will visit you in the workplace to observe you working and discuss the way you are working.

You will also spend 20% of your time in ‘off the job training’, where you will attend lessons at Stockton Council Learning and Skills in Billingham.

You will work towards a Customer Service apprenticeship which also includes Functional Skills qualifications in English and Maths at Level 1 (you may be exempt from Functional Skills Level 1 depending on your previous qualifications).
